Office Services Associate Temp-to-Hire | Stamford, CT

We're hiring an Office Services Associate for an onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity in Stamford, CT.

Pay: $22.00$24.50/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Location: Stamford, CT Parking: Provided

What You'll Do

• Provide office, mailroom, records, reception, and administrative support
• Assist with shipping, receiving, mail, documents, and packages
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
• Provide professional customer service to employees, customers, vendors, and couriers
• Prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines
• Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate when needed
• Support the team across different operational functions

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 12 years of related office, mailroom, administrative, records, customer service, reception, or operational experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with shipping/receiving, document processing, financial reconciliation/reporting, or office equipment is a plus
