Hälsa Dental is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Wheat Ridge, CO. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every single day. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
- Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with coverage questions
- Process patient check-out, collect co-pays, and handle billing transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth daily scheduling and patient flow
- Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft ro Google Office and general computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
