We're looking for a skilled Interior Architect to design and organize interior spaces to ensure they are functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing. Key Responsibilities: Analyze space requirements and determine optimal use of available areas. Create detailed floor plans and diagrams using AutoCAD or similar software. Oversee office moves, renovations, and expansions. Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, accessibility standards, and ergonomic principles. Optimize space utilization and reduce costs. Maintain accurate records of space utilization and project details. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other professionals. Qualifications: Strong analytical skills to assess space needs. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for creating layouts. Project management experience, including overseeing office moves and renovations. Knowledge of safety regulations, accessibility standards, and ergonomic principles. Ability to optimize space utilization and reduce costs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Company Information: We are a professional services consulting firm located in Tysons Corner, VA. We are staffing for our direct and customer hiring needs.
