We are seeking a passionate and dependable Line Cook III to join our award-winning Culinary team. This role is ideal for an experienced cook who takes pride in quality, consistency, teamwork, and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and Forbes luxury service expectations.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and timing during high-volume breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet service.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station with proper mise en place.
• Ensure all food is prepared safely and meets company quality standards.
• Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures, including HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, rotating, and storing food products using FIFO practices.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow culinary team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout each shift.
• Support banquet and special event production as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other kitchen areas when business demands require.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional culinary experience in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, country club, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of classical cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Luxury hotel or Forbes-rated property experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or formal culinary training is a plus.
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).
