Drive modern equipment with full back‑office logistical support around the clock. Position Overview Operation Area: Regional runs across the Midwest with weekly home placement. Weekly Volume: Expect between 2,100 and 2,300 miles per week (subject to HOS). Freight Handling: 100% no‑touch operations. Work consists of 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unloads. Haul Distance: Average distance per run is approximately 300 miles. Fleet Quality: Assigning 2021 or newer Kenworths and Freightliner Cascadias. Driver Support: Dispatch and safety assistance available 24/7. Weekly Take‑Home: $1,200 to $1,400 gross per week. Mileage Rate: $0.57 to $0.64 CPM, determined by prior professional background. Sign‑On Incentives: $2,000 total bonus ($500 paid on first load, $500 at 30 days, and $1,000 at 60 days; driver must remain active and seated). Delay Compensation: $12.50 hourly detention pay starting after the second hour. Layover & Breakdown: $100 daily flat rate for unexpected downtime. Safety Incentives: Earn up to an additional +3 CPM for clean driving and high productivity. Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus 401(k) plans and paid time off (PTO) after a 30‑day waiting period. Time at Home: Maintained weekly with a full 34‑hour restart. Lane Stability: Year‑round freight volume with dedicated regional lanes. Minimum Qualifications Current and valid Class A CDL. At least 4 months of verifiable employment driving CDL‑A equipment. Acceptable driving abstract with a strong safety record. Proficiency in hours‑of‑service planning and time management.
