Position OverviewPrivate Equity Analysts at Initio Capital support investment evaluation, deal execution, and portfolio management . These roles involve collaboration with cross-functional teams including investment professionals, finance, operations, and senior leadership , and contribute directly to strategic deal-making and value creation initiatives .
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate potential private equity investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain financial, valuation, and operating models
Support due diligence across financial, operational, and market areas
Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and market mapping
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and investment committees
Assist with deal structuring, negotiation support, and post-investment monitoring
Track deal pipelines and support portfolio performance analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
Understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and private equity investment concepts
Experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or venture capital preferred but not required
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Interest in investments, private equity, and strategic value creation
