Now Hiring: Industrial Controls Programmer An established and growing company in the wastewater treatment technology industry is seeking an experienced Industrial Controls Programmer to join its team. This is a direct-hire, onsite opportunity for a hands-on controls professional with strong programming experience and the ability to read, interpret, and evaluate industrial control specifications. Position Highlights: No overtime Less than 10% travel Onsite — Baltimore, MD area Opportunity for long-term growth into a controls leadership role Key Responsibilities: Program and maintain industrial control systems Review and interpret industrial control specifications Evaluate specifications to determine programming and controls requirements Collaborate with internal teams on industrial controls needs Take on additional leadership responsibilities as the controls function grows Qualifications: 5+ years of industrial controls experience 2+ years of hands-on programming experience 2+ years of experience reviewing industrial control specifications Strong hands-on PLC programming background Ability to read and understand industrial control specifications Allen-Bradley experience required Preferred: Interest in developing into a controls leadership position Experience helping build, organize, or stabilize a controls function Education: Relevant hands-on experience will be prioritized.
