Certified Pharmacy Technician II

Position Summary The Pharmacy Technician provides exceptional care of patients by assisting the Pharmacist in the safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications and the maintenance of pharmacy inventory. Qualifications Education: Current registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Must achieve and maintain USP-797 approved Sterile Compounding Certification Job Knowledge Strong multi-tasking, basic computer skills, good customer service and communication skills needed. Ability to prioritize work to meet customer needs. Ability to perform mathematical calculations to perform accurate dosing Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time. Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions A.
