Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation in the Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill, and Brier Creek, NC areas
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures according to established standards to ensure hygiene safety
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such carpet cleaners, and vacuum cleaners efficiently and safely
• Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
• Manage floor care activities such as carpet cleaning to maintain optimal appearance
• Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning detergents and supplies while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use
• Communicate effectively with clients or team members to address specific cleaning needs or concerns and provide excellent customer service

Skills

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shift
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Minimum age of 16 years old
• Experience with residential housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments is preferred
