Lead Compounding Pharmacist - Day Shift

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Arizona to supervise the compounding laboratory, oversee technicians, and ensure high-quality compounded medications compliant with USP and state/federal rules. You will also implement SOPs, training, and audits while maintaining patient safety and operational efficiency.
The role requires reviewing records, performing patient consultations, and coordinating with the PIC on regulatory matters.
