Our health center provides necessary healthcare for underserved patients in the community. We believe in patient-centered, high-quality, trauma-informed care that focuses on healing the whole person, and the community. In addition to a base salary, we offer bonus pay and a relocation stipend if you do not already live in the area./ppThis position will play vital role in our Health Centers primary care program. Successful candidates will be able to provide comprehensive medical services for adult patients. Ensure that there is patient follow up when necessary/liliInitiate and follow through on specialist referrals. Communicate with specialist providers when necessary/liliServe as a clinic supervisor for mid-level providers/liliMeet productivity standards for care providers, including a goal of seeing 16-24 patients daily/liliParticipate in care team huddles, provider meetings, and all-staff meetings/liliPerform all other related duties as assigned/li/ulpEducation:/pulliAt least 3 years of experience in a related role outside of residency/liliLicensed to practice medicine in the state of California/liliDEA certificate/liliCPR Certification/li/ulpSkills / Experience:/pulliInterest in helping the underserved population/liliFQHC Experience a plus/liliFamiliarity with Quality Measures a plus/liliAble to be successfully credentialed by our organization/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills/liliBilingual (English and Spanish) a plus/li/ulpPhysical Demands:/pulliThis is a physical position that will require standing on your feet, and walking./liliThis would require the ability sit, walk, bend, or stand as necessary, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds/liliOther physical demands of the position include but are not limited to:/liulliUse of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls/liliRepetitious movements/liliSit for long periods of time/liliBend and twist the body/li/ulliSee details of objects nearby/li/ulpReasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position/ppPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work:/ppThis is a Full-time position.
