Quick Facts Location: Lebanon, PA Start Date: 06/18/2026 Shift: 24-hour in-house call (max 48 hours) Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM on call days; various call dates throughout summer 2026 Hours/Week: Varies based on scheduled days Employment Type: Contract / Locum License/Certs: PA Medical License, DEA, BC or BE in OBGYN Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $291.92 per hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You’ll Do Provide obstetric and gynecologic care for high-risk pregnancies and deliveries, including VBACs and C-sections Support hospital staff alongside midwives and maternal-fetal medicine specialists Manage approximately 700 deliveries annually at a 163-bed hospital Respond to 24-hour call shifts, supporting patients during labor and delivery Perform procedures like cesarean sections and assist with high-risk case management Document all patient interactions accurately in the EPIC EMR system Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards What You Need Valid PA medical license and DEA registration Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience Strong procedural skills, including C-sections and VBACs Ability to handle high-risk obstetric cases with confidence About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading hospital in Lebanon, PA, accommodating high-risk obstetrics and general gynecologic care. The hospital features 163 beds and offers a supportive environment for physicians on the front lines of maternal health. You will provide primary coverage during your shifts, supported by a team of midwives and MFM specialists, with access to a sleeping room on site for rest between calls.
