Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a System Administrator 1 to join their team. As a System Administrator 1, you will be part of the IT support and platform management team supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: System Administrator 1 Location: Remote Pay Range: $27.00 to $35.00 What's the Job?- Lead analysis of complex business requirements and translate them into platform solutions and configurations.
- Develop and document future state designs, user stories, and process improvements.
- Configure and test Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Provide platform administration, including user support, access management, and system performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate systems and recommend enhancements for optimal operation.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as computer science or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in platform administration or solutioning.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications preferred.
- Experience with source control tools like GIT, Bitbucket, and development tools such as Visual Studio.
