Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubbard, OR. This position is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including onboarding new team members, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR policy implementation. The role involves coordinating employee benefits administration, answering HR-related inquiries, and supporting managers with personnel matters. The Human Resources Specialist will help ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations, facilitate communication across teams, and assist with performance and attendance tracking. This role also contributes to employee engagement initiatives, supports recruitment efforts, and provides guidance to employees to foster a positive and inclusive workplace. Qualifications Must be bilingual! Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support daily operational HR needs. Knowledge of HR Policies and employment regulations, and experience applying them consistently and fairly. Experience with Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee support. Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and assisting with performance and attendance processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with employees at all levels. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail in handling sensitive information. Previous HR experience in a manufacturing, construction, or trades environment is beneficial. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
