Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift: $17.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: $17.75/hr
• 3rd Shift: $18.00/hr

About the Role

Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Associates for 21st Century Plastics, a plastic injection molding company located in Potterville, MI. This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a clean, well-lit warehouse environment. Warehouse Production Associates will assist with trimming, assembly, visual inspection, and packaging of plastic molded products, including bleachers and stadium seating. Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

Training

All shifts will train on 1st shift, MondayFriday from 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, for approximately 2 weeks. Training may extend up to 3 weeks if additional support is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Trim, assemble, inspect, and package plastic molded products.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Learn and operate multiple machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced setting.
• Follow all safety, production, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Requirements

• Must be flexible based on company needs.
• Must be able to pass testing with a score of 80% or higher.
• English comprehension is required, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
• Must be dependable and have good attendance.
• Must be able to work overtime as required, including some Saturdays.
• No phone policy is enforced during orientation and on the production floor.

Dress Code / PPE

• Jeans, T-shirts, khakis, or work pants are acceptable.
• No offensive clothing.
• No flip-flops or Crocs.
• Closed-toe shoes are required.
• PPE is provided by the client.
