Location and Work Details Location: Avera St Luke's Hospital. Worker Type: Regular. Shift: Rotating days/evenings/nights, weekends, holidays (United States of America). Pay Range The pay range for this position is $33.50 – $48.50 per hour (actual rate dependent upon experience). Position Highlights Calling all December New Grad RNs! Besides competitive starting rate at $33.50/hr, you can earn up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, and the opportunity for relocation bonus. Brief Overview Delivers nursing care by developing a nursing diagnosis, establishing objectives, defining interventions, and providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends. What you will do Provide patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions, communicating the nursing care plan to the health care team, coordinating with other providers, and offering support to patients, families, and friends. Develop nursing care plans, teach healthcare requirements, evaluate patient care against standards, maintain a safe environment, document services, maintain equipment, supplies, and competence, and adhere to legal and safety regulations. Essential Qualifications Required: Registered Nurse (RN) – active license in state of practice. Preferred: 1–3 years experience in a clinical environment. There must be the ability to work specified hours and perform all essential job functions, including visual acuity, effective communication, and compliance with the stated requirements.
