Job Type: Regular Location: Best Buy 251 – Glendale, AZ 85308 Overview Become a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA) as a Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) in a BestBuy retail store. You will drive consumer sales of Samsung mobile devices, tablets, wearables, and accessories, build relationships with customers and BestBuy staff, and uphold retail brand standards. Key Responsibilities Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques. Uncover customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products to fit those needs. Build confidence in Samsung products for both BestBuy employees and customers. Develop partnerships with BestBuy staff to support key initiatives and store goals. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly. Provide excellent customer and client service during interactions with customers and BestBuy employees. Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets and new‑product launches as requested. Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Daily accurate reporting. Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals. Customer/client satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred. Knowledge of Samsung products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high‑demand retail holidays.
