We are seeking an experienced Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering high-quality specialty infusion care and making a lasting impact on the lives of patients. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Relocation Assistance Available This position supports patient care within an Ambulatory Infusion Suite/Clinic (AIS/AIC) and other care settings as needed. We’re looking for a skilled clinician who brings strong clinical judgment, accountability, and a patient-centered approach to every interaction. Opportunities are available in full-time, part-time, and per diem capacities , offering flexibility to fit a variety of scheduling needs. This is an on-site position located in Soldotna, Alaska , with schedules and work locations subject to change based on business needs. Why This Role Matters As an Infusion Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe, patient‑centered infusion therapy while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident during their care. What You’ll Do Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC/port/midline) care Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care Perform venous phlebotomy as needed Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards What We’re Looking For Active RN license in the state of practice Nursing degree from an accredited program IV certification and experience with central line management 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred) CPR certification and valid driver’s license Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team Willingness to travel locally to support patients Bachelor’s degree, PICC/Port/Midline certification, and multi‑state licensure preferred.
