Fabrication Shop Helper (Bilingual)
Irving, TX
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Raise and opportunity for permanent hire after 31⁄2 months
Schedule:
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- 8–12 hour shifts, depending on production demands
- Overtime available as needed
Job Duties:
- Assist with production of post-tension cables
- Handle and move heavy materials throughout the shop
- Support machine operators and production staff
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow quality and safety procedures
- Work efficiently to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to lift and work with heavy post-tension cables
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus
