Voltu Motor Inc. is offering a 5-week, hands-on Electric Vehicle (EV) Training Program designed to develop real-world technical skills in EV systems, manufacturing, and assembly.

This program is unpaid and serves as a screening process for future employment opportunities with Voltu. Top-performing participants may be considered for full-time technician roles.

You will gain direct experience working with advanced EV technology in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Program Details

• Duration: 5 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Location: Riverside, CA (Voltu Motor Facility)
• Compensation: Unpaid training program
• Outcome: Potential employment opportunity upon successful completion

What You’ll Learn

Participants will receive hands-on training in:

• EV battery systems assembly and safety
• Wire harness manufacturing and routing
• Electronic/PCB handling and basic testing
• Mechanical assembly and workshop operations
• Quality control and inspection processes
• Manufacturing best practices (5S, TQM)

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who:

• Are interested in building a career in electric vehicles or manufacturing
• Have hands-on aptitude (mechanical, electrical, or technical experience preferred)
• Are reliable, punctual, and disciplined
• Take initiative and work with a strong sense of ownership
• Are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Preferred (not required):

• Welding, mechanical, or electrical experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing or technical fields

• This is a hands-on, physically active program inside a manufacturing facility
