Helpdesk Specialist

HarmonyTech Inc. is hiring a dedicated Helpdesk Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support across a range of IT platforms and cloud services. In this role, the Helpdesk Specialist will serve as a critical point of contact for end-users, ensuring smooth daily operations by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. This role demands a proactive approach to support, maintaining high levels of user satisfaction while adhering to best practices in IT service management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Position is in Washington D.C. and requires U.S. Citizenship or Green Card. Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line technical support for Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Accurately document and manage service requests using helpdesk systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and user support documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT help desk operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience supporting IT operations in complex environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
