Job Overview & Work Site

We are seeking a friendly and hardworking individual who is looking for an mid-level career opportunity in an outpatient setting.

This individual would be responsible for following tasks:

- Supervise and mentor physical therapy technicians

- Coordinate daily clinic flow and patient support activities


- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards


- Assist therapists with treatment preparation and patient engagement


- Train and onboard new staff members


- All other duties as assigned and permitted by law

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a rehab or physical therapy setting


- Strong leadership and communication skills


- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


- Commitment to patient-centered care

License & Experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.

• Outgoing personality along with a desire to improve the quality of life of our patients and clients.

• Successful candidates will be able to handle multiple tasks.

• An interest in the field of physical therapy and a background in Exercise Science is preferred but not required.

• Willingness to meet the physical demands of the job, such as routine lifting, carrying, and pushing.
