Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions Processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently Having deep conversations with clients to understand financial priorities Connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals Requirements 1+ years of experience in financial services Experience with cash handling Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in client engagement and financial services, with a strong focus on cash handling and problem-solving.
