Box Truck DriverOperates standard and manual box trucks to transport materials, merchandise, and donations to and from retail centers, the regional plant, and vendor locations in support of Goodwill's daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Operation & RoutingSelect routing for retail center service and collection of donated items.Operate vehicle in a safe and lawful manner at all times.Complete daily vehicle inspection report in SAMSARA.Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of assigned vehicle.Pickup, Loading & TransportComplete all scheduled pickups daily.Load and off-load production and merchandise for stores, plant, and vendors.Collect and transport trash as needed.Pick up and drop off donation trailers as directed.Equipment & SafetyDemonstrate proper use of dollies, forklifts, hand trucks, and other tools as needed.Utilize appropriate safety techniques for lifting, carrying, and transporting goods, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts.Communication & CoordinationConfirm load drop-offs and receipts with Store Manager or ASM.Assist with outlet duties, mail pickup, and taking company vehicles in for service as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
