Establish and maintain relationships with carrier partners Procure and source carriers to successfully cover SFL freight Develop partnerships with carriers to strengthen market performance and repeat shipments Identify consistent opportunities within carrier network and match with customer needs Provide exceptional service with integrity and professionalismCOMPENSATION:
Base Salary, Plus Commission & Bonus for each load booked; Generous BenefitsLEARNING, DEVELOPMENT & CULTURE:
