Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing veterinary care for cats and dogs and is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities, providing high-quality medical care to small animal patients. The role includes managing routine appointments, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and delivering comprehensive patient care. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. The position offers a schedule with no weekend commitments.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and is closed on weekends. The practice provides a full scope of GP services, including wellness care, preventative medicine, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry, alongside urgent care services. Veterinarians have access to advanced tools such as ultrasound, digital dental radiographs, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory to support high-quality patient care. The clinic features modern technology throughout, including cloud-based practice management software, dedicated surgical and dental suites, and additional contemporary facilities designed to support efficient and effective veterinary medicine.

Team
The hospital is supported by a team of 2 DVMs and a well-trained support staff. The practice emphasizes team-based care, where collaboration and a shared passion for veterinary medicine contribute to better outcomes for small animal patients. The team is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care while fostering an enjoyable and supportive work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
