**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - **OT Experience:** Primarily outpatient, some acute care. - **Skills Checklist:** Current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Occupational Therapy). - **Supervisory Reference Forms:** 2 completed within the last two years. - **Certifications:** Active American Heart Association BLS. - **Licensure:** Active Michigan/MI Occupational Therapist License as per LARA. **Additional Information:** - **Geographical Restriction:** Candidates' permanent address must be outside a 50-mile radius. - **Weekend Requirement:** One weekend per month (Saturday).
