Also designs and executes wellness programs that promote employees’ physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.**Descripción del Puesto:**- Desarrollar, coordinar, manejar y mantener programas de bienestar cuyo objetivo sea reducir los riesgos a la salud y los costos médicos para la compañía, y motivar estilos de vida saludables. - Coordinar y facilitar actividades y programas de salud y bienestar para los empleados. - Contestar las preguntas de los empleados con respecto al Programa de Bienestar. - Preparar comunicaciones con los empleados en relación con el programa de bienestar. - Implementar actividades de bienestar. Los ejemplos incluyen evaluaciones de salud, seminarios durante la hora del almuerzo, vacunas contra la influenza, clases de ejercicios y aptitud física, etc. - Mantenerse al tanto de las iniciativas nacionales de salud y bienestar en la actualidad, y desarrollar una red de recursos y contactos según corresponda.
