Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1 PM - 1 AM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Community Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required from the American Heart Association Must-Have: - 2+ years of experience in Community Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room - Ability to manage patient ratios effectively, staffing for 4:1 but stretching to 5:1 during peak census - Flexibility to work 5-6 weekend shifts over a 6-week schedule - Availability for 1 major and 1 minor holiday Description: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The position requires a strong candidate with the ability to work flexibly in a busy community ER. The ideal candidate should demonstrate resilience and the ability to work in a high-paced environment. A diverse range of cases will be encountered, catering to both adult and pediatric patients. The team is dedicated, hardworking, and committed to providing quality care. Scrubs will be navy blue. No on-call is required, but staff may pick up shifts if desired. Candidates must be proficient in handling various emergency situations.
