Customer Service Professional Michigan City, IN 100% OnsiteSalary: $47,840.00 to $54,080.00 Our client is seeking a Customer Service Professional to join their collaborative customer support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts Rotating schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM to support customer coverage Schedule provided several weeks in advance Occasional overtime available as business needs arise- NOT mandated Responsibilities Manage incoming customer calls and emails, providing professional and timely support while routing inquiries to the appropriate departments when needed Research and resolve customer questions related to orders, shipments, aftermarket parts, and account access, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up Create, update, and maintain customer cases within the CRM system, including accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions Assist customers and channel partners with user account setup, login support, and general system access requests Collaborate with internal teams to expedite urgent requests, track orders, and deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications Previous customer service experience required (2+ years at least) Strong data entry and computer skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when assisting frustrated customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Software & Systems CRM experience preferred (Salesforce is a plus) Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience helpful Experience working with shared drives and multiple systems Call center or phone system experience is a plus (RingCentral/RingCX) Preferred Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
