Nurse Practitioner - Urology

Job Description Adena Health is seeking a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider—Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—to join the Adena Urology Clinic. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced team environment, enjoy continuous learning and skill development, and be comfortable with occasional high‑acuity or surgical patients with urgent needs. Travel Requirements Travel between four locations—Chillicothe, Greenfield, Washington Court House, and Waverly—is required. Position Overview As a Urology APP, you will focus on direct patient care, providing outpatient and inpatient services. You will see an average of 16 patients per day and work in close collaboration with physician partners. Services include catheter placement, insertion & removal, and voiding trials. Onboarding includes a 4–6 month mentorship and training period. Schedule & Practice Details Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Provider Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Call Schedule: Daytime, shared among four APPs with MD backup Setting: Outpatient clinic and inpatient Locations: Chillicothe, Greenfield, Washington Court House, Waverly EMR: Epic Qualifications Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a cohesive team Motivated to learn and grow professionally Passion for urology Strong communication skills New graduates are welcome; prior experience in urology preferred Compensation & Benefits Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 (up to $30,000 based on experience) Relocation assistance: up to $15,000 in reimbursable expenses CME allowance: $2,000 annually Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) available through compliant employer status Generous benefits package, including health insurance and retirement options PTO: 6 weeks paid time off, prorated for new providers starting after January 1 About Adena Health Adena Health is an independent, not‑for‑profit, locally governed health system that has served its communities for more than 125 years.
