Assistant Service Manager

AAMCO Transmissions is the world’s leader in transmissions and complex automotive repairs. We are expanding at a rapid rate and looking for the best of the best in the industry. Position Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones
  • Organizing paperwork in shop
  • Ordering parts and inventory
  • Maintaining work flow in shop
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
  • Coordinating transportation services
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Following up with customer regarding their experience and soliciting reviews

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
  • Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
  • Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast paced environment
  • Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
  • Must have valid driver's license
