• Support Staff/Supervision: Supervision ratio 1:4,1:3, or 1:2, depending on the complexity of cases that day

• Case Mix: All cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts
\n
• Care Team Model: Type of Anes Model medically directed
\n
• Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks
\n
• Active License: PA License; Active License required
\n
• Certifications: ACLS + BLS & PA Child Abuse requirement for license
\n
• Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
