Security Operations Supervisor

Bally

Bally is seeking a Security Supervisor to direct the performance of Security Officers at our Dover location. The role ensures exceptional customer service, proper staffing, and safety compliance, including during peak times and special shifts. The candidate will manage daily operations, training, evaluations, and documentation, while coordinating with the team to uphold Bally standards and pass regulatory requirements.
