What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology care to approximately 15 patients per day
• Support a team consisting of APP support and three physicians at the facility
• Manage a low-volume, solo provider clinic focusing on hematology and oncology cases (60/40 split)
• Document patient encounters efficiently using Meditech EMR
• Ensure patient care quality while adhering to clinical guidelines
• Maintain timely communication with patients and team members
• Support the department’s goal of delivering compassionate, comprehensive outpatient care

What You Need

• Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
• Recent patient-facing experience in an outpatient setting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
