Wellness Attendant KRC Golf Group LLC Sunset, South Carolina, United States About this position Old Edwards Reserve at Lake Keowee | Sunset, SC Location: Fitness Center Position: Part-time, hourly, non-exempt Reports to: Wellness Director Position Summary The Wellness Attendant supports the daily operation of the Fitness Center by providing welcoming service to members and guests, coordinating wellness appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean, organized facility. Essential Responsibilities Greet members and guests and answer questions about the Fitness Center, class schedules, and wellness services. Schedule, confirm, bill, and follow up on member appointments. Provide administrative support to the Wellness Director. Promote upcoming wellness programs and Club events. Clean and sanitize shared spaces and equipment throughout the day. Keep the Fitness Center organized, stocked, and ready for member use. Observe equipment use, report maintenance or safety concerns, and refer questions requiring fitness instruction to qualified staff. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. One to two years of experience in customer service, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or administrative support preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Ability to provide attentive, professional service to members and guests. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, scheduling systems, or Jonas is helpful. Work Environment and Physical Requirements This position works in a fitness and wellness setting and uses computers, phones, and standard office equipment. The employee frequently stands, walks, reaches, and uses their hands while performing duties. The position requires frequently lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.This job description summarizes the position and may be updated as operational needs change.
