Human Resource Coordinator

As an HR Generalist you’ll wear multiple hats—from managing plant-level hiring to providing day-to-day HR support, ensuring compliance, and driving engagement initiatives across two production facilities. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruitment for plant-level roles, from job posting through new hire onboarding Facilitate orientations and Dayforce setup for a smooth employee experience Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees—handling questions, concerns, and policy guidance Support employee relations and coach managers through performance and disciplinary conversations Maintain accurate, compliant employee records and reports in Dayforce Assist with benefits support, open enrollment, and HR compliance audits Help plan and execute engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition events Coordinate internship programs and community outreach (including scholarships) Partner with the HR Manager and Director on continuous improvement and special projects What You’ll Bring 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in a manufacturing environment Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and HR compliance Experience using Dayforce or a similar HRIS system Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Clear, confident communicator with a high level of integrity and discretion Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Why Join?
