Key Responsibilities:
• Run shifts effectively to deliver great food and exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate positive and effective leadership as a role model for the team.
• Support the development of a high-performing team by acting as a coach and mentor.
• Maintain compliance with all operational and food safety procedures.

• A genuine, smiling personality and excitement to come to work!

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate and positive leadership qualities.
• 1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
