Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper - Per DiemFort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center is a fully licensed, 182-bed, private hospital that specializes in the treatment of drug addiction, mental health issues and co-occurring disorders for adults and adolescents. This individual is responsible for daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment within OSHA regulations.Qualifications:A minimum of one (1) year experience in housekeeping duties, preferably in a health care facility.Must be able to work with minimal supervision.May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of basic housekeeping dutiesKnowledge of all code proceduresKnowledge of risk and safety precautionsSkill in organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlinesSkill in telephone etiquette and paging proceduresEffective oral and written communication skillsSensitive and aware of diverse cultures and their practicesEEO Statement: All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
