Manufacturing technician

job summary:
Join a startup team that is advancing their life saving product to market as a Manufacturing Technician! This team is rapidly growing and is aiming to save a countless amount of lives! The Mechanical Manufacturing Technician role will be responsible for complex assembly, inspection, machinery set-up, and NPI. This is a direct hire opportunity. Candidates should have at least 3+ years in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a medical device environment.

• Execute complex assembly, repair, inspection, and test operations following detailed instructions

• Conduct in-process functional tests and mechanical checks

• Perform equipment set-up, calibration, preventive maintenance and minor repairs

• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment for accurate results

• Support engineering with prototype builds, design verification, and process and validation

• Mentor and train other staff as needed

• 3+ years of mechanical manufacturing tech experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical device class III

• Soldering and Electrical Assembly experience

• ISO knowledge

• Medical, dental, PTO and Holiday Pay

• Minimum 3 years of experience
