Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care for elderly individuals. As an Experienced Caregiver with Always Best Care Boerne, you will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life by helping with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility and transfer support to ensure comfort and safety
• Offer medication reminders
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Document and report changes in client conditions to the supervising team
• Encourage participation in recreational activities and social engagement
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Qualifications

• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per month required
• Must be willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
• Passionate about helping elderly individuals and making a difference in their lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistance
• Dependable, Patient, Empathetic, and Trustworthy
• Must maintain confidentiality and follow instructions
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable Transportation
• 3 Professional References
• Pass a Background Check/Drug screen
