Sched: TBDNursing Specialty: Corrections RNJOB DESCRIPTION:Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.Minimum Qualifications:Current, valid, and unrestricted CO license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.Candidate must be DT certified and be up-to-date compliance documents and training.Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a RNCopy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (Healthcare Provider BLS certification; TB screening with negative PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or T-SPOT results; Hepatitis B Consent/Declination Form; and proof of Rubella, Rubeola, and Varicella vaccination or titers ).Ready to Get Started?Apply through this job posting and submit your most recent resume.For questions about this opportunity, please contact Michelle at View phone number on click.appcast.io, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PST.#STI #J-18808-Ljbffr Staff Today Inc
