We focus on frequent personal home visits to collect premiums, sell new policies, and address service needs. New, unlicensed agents begin with paid training to study for and pass licensing exams. Once licensed, agents receive an existing book of business and a portfolio of current customers from whom they collect monthly premiums and earn commissions on new sales. The pay‑for‑performance model allows income growth through hard work, with recognition via awards, prizes, and company‑sponsored trips. Day‑to‑Day Activities Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, and close new sales. Prospect for new sales opportunities. Maintain strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre‑arranged schedule. Respond promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans. Handle record keeping, accounting for money collected, and process policy paperwork. Agent Expectations Grow the assigned territory through new sales. Build strong working relationships with customers. Devote the required time to fulfill role responsibilities. Pursue continuous professional development in insurance products and sales effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications Customer service experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage. Dependable vehicle for daily travel. Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening. Authorization to work in the United States. Preparation Licensing : Free access to study tools and professional guidance to prepare for licensing exams. Training : New agents complete an onboarding development program that includes self‑study, classroom instruction, and field mentoring by a Sales Manager.
