Territory Sales Representative | Hydraulic & Industrial Hose We are representing a leading global distributor of hydraulic and industrial hoses, known for its extensive inventory and application expertise. This is a field-based role focused on managing and growing a Miami-Dade territorywith strong upside potential. This position focuses on developing new business while growing and re-engaging an existing customer base. The territory includes a large database of accounts, with a significant opportunity to drive new revenue. You will work directly with customers to support hose and fitting needs, provide solutions, and deliver a high level of service. Key Responsibilities Develop new prospects and grow existing accounts within the territory Build strong relationships to become a trusted supplier Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strong service and execution Drive revenue growth within the territory Required Skills and Qualifications What We're Looking For 5+ years of sales experience in hose, fluid power, or related industrial products Knowledge of hose applications, fittings, and related industries Experience calling on industrial, construction, or maintenance customers Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to operate independently in a field-based role Bilingual English/Spanish required Territory & Travel Miami-Dade County (field-based role) Travel is primarily local within the assigned territory Compensation & Benefits Base salary $65K–$75K + uncapped commission Car allowance, company-provided tools, and full benefits Additional bonus incentives available
