This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure optimal operational health and adoption of new solutions for key enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will foster a high-performing team culture, manage complex engagements, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to realize customer value. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct formal performance appraisals for team members. Analyze organizational performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements in customer happiness, efficiency, and retention. Advocate for the team, foster collaboration across departments, and represent customer concerns to drive process improvements. Partner with Customer Success and Sales leadership to align support efforts with customer retention and value realization strategies. Must-Have Skills Minimum of 5 years of people management experience in a software/SaaS support or account management environment. Proven ability to manage a complex book of business while simultaneously mentoring a team. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with strong executive presence. Domain/Industry Experience Experience with Adobe Digital Experience solutions, specifically AEM, Workfront, and Genstudio, is highly desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
