$46/hour

Fully Remote (Preference for candidates located in NJ or PA and within commuting distance for occasional meetings)

37.5 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday

Temporary Assignment: October 26, 2026 - December 18, 2026

\n

We are partnering with a highly respected organization to identify a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a short-term project assignment. This role will support financial reporting, supplier management, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives while working closely with finance and procurement teams. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Support financial reporting, accounting activities, and reconciliations
\n
• Assist with supplier onboarding, maintenance, and ACH verification processes
\n
• Analyze data, run reports, and research discrepancies
\n
• Participate in system testing, process improvements, and special projects
\n
• Provide administrative and operational support to finance and procurement teams
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
\n
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations
\n
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
\n
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
\n
• Workday experience is a plus
