Assistant Store Manager

Join to apply for the Assistant Store Manager role at Yesway . **Essential Functions:** (other duties may be assigned) Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities; Schedule employees for shifts; Resolve store issues including customer concerns; Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements; Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise; Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality for all store guests; and Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste. **Requirements:** (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience may be considered) High School Diploma or GED required; and Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment. **Experience:** One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred.
