Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. \n
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive care plans that incorporate the specific needs and preferences of clients and families. \n
- Engage with individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to address presenting issues while promoting client empowerment and wellness. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in high-stress situations. \n
- Conduct referrals and connect clients to additional services, ensuring a continuum of care that promotes recovery and stability. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to ethical and legal standards. \n
- Participate in team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery and outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration among staff. \n
- Be available for on-call coverage during assigned hours providing vital support during emergencies. \n
This role focuses on students from various backgrounds who may face challenges related to mental health, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics. - A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health or related fields, preferably in a school setting. \n
- Strong understanding of social work principles, ethical guidelines, and mental health best practices. \n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
