Family Medicine Physician

Salary: $230,000 - 250,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care team.
• Outpatient family medicine experience is required.
• We can offer J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship.

• Deliver outpatient family medicine care in a Monday through Friday schedule.
• See an average of 16 to 20 patients per day.
• Work with 20-minute appointment slots.
• Participate in an integrated care model supported by behavioral health, pharmacy, dental, and care coordination services.
• Take approximately six weeks of phone-only call each year.
