Metal Fabricator Pay: $18-22
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Are you experienced in metal fabrication and finishing? We are seeking a dependable Metal Finishing & Fabrication Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products, and is committed to safety and precision.  Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces using dual-action (DA) sanders for finishing and painting
• Cut metal materials to specifications using band saws and other cutting equipment
• Operate clamp cell press brake machines
• Perform sandblasting to clean and prepare metal surfaces
• Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings using spray equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and properly use required PPE 

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a metal shop or fabrication environment
• Experience using industrial equipment such as sanders, saws, and sandblasting equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Experience with industrial paint systems or powder coating???????
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification
• OSHA safety training or certification
